What is a SAP rating?
The Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP), revised in October 2010, is used by the government to determine the energy efficiency of a dwelling. Ratings range from 1 to 100 and the higher the SAP score, the more energy efficent the property.
Part L1A Building Regulations
SAP calculations also form the compliancy route for domestic properties through Part L the Conservation of Fuel & Power Building regulation.
